Once your order has been processed you will receive your PIN number(s) over the phone or
via e-mail. In order to use the service all you need is the PIN# and an access phone number. It's that simple! For your convinience we've provided wallet sized card info page that you can use to write down your PIN#. |

If you have a problem with the connection or the charges, call the customer service number listed on any card info page. If you lost your PIN number, call us and we will give it to you again. We do the best we can to find the cards with the best rates for the countries our customers use most. We do not manufacture the cards, we only resell them. |
